At Ava Lane Boutique, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for store credit on all eligible items. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue an electronic gift card to your email for the full purchase price.
